Try to have this recovery smoothie within an hour after a tough training session or race. Make it in advance and store in a flask if you are away from home.
Red Repair Recovery Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla flavoured or plain whey protein powder (about 20g protein)
- 1 tbsp Wellness Warehouse Red Repair
- 1 banana
- 1 can coconut water
- ½ cup chopped fresh or frozen berries e.g. strawberries
Preparation
- Blend all together in a NutriBullet or blender.
