What are some of your most memorable moments or achievements?

Three significant moments come to mind, seamlessly intertwined. Firstly, rediscovering my passion for my sport while balancing the demands of being a full-time medical science student-athlete. Secondly, achieving personal bests in all my races at the 2023 WP Championships, and notably, competing alongside my teammate and friend, Trinity Hearne, in the A finals.

What are some of your top tips?

It is paramount to find joy and tranquillity both in and out of the pool. Always believe in yourself, regardless of the time it takes to reach your goals—whether it's achieving a personal best, securing a spot in the team, or any other objective. Keep pushing forward, for your moment will surely arrive.

Apart from swimming, what do you do for fun?

Spending quality time with friends is always a pleasure. During my alone time, I indulge in my hobbies, particularly playing the piano and occasionally composing songs. Additionally, watching movies with my ma and younger sister holds the top spot in my list of favourite pastimes.
