1. Your body changes as you train, so we recommend measuring yourself again every time you buy a new suit. 2. Due to compression, it can take up to 20mins to put on your suit. 3. If you swim 200 metres or more in your event, we recommend you go one size bigger. If not, choose the Speedo recommended size on our size chart.
How to measure
1. Waist
Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
2. Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips keeping the tape horizontal.
