My favourite go-to snack is sliced apple with peanut butter! It’s quick to prepare and super easy for when I’m on the go, and it’s also a healthy trick to satisfy my sweet tooth. Sometimes there is actually more peanut butter involved than apple, but it’s a great energy booster without making me feel too heavy in the pool.
