Richie’s Superfood Smoothie

This delicious, filling drink includes several of our superfoods as well as potassium-rich banana for the ideal post-swim snack.

Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, serving immediately.

Makes 1 serving:
– ½ a banana
– 1 handful of fresh or frozen berries
– 2 heaped tablespoons of oats
– ¼ of a cup of greek yoghurt
– 1 tbsp. almond butter
– ½ cup of water to blend

Now before we go any further, we are delighted to announce that at the end of all this, there’s a pie and a pint in it for you. Because like Richie says, “you’ve got to sometimes, because you’ve earned it”.

But before we get to that, here are a selection of Richie’s own healthy options which will provide the fuel you’ll need to execute the plan. While also proving to be very tasty in the process!
